Lexus Protection Plan

Guys I'm looking into buying a 2009 BMW 5 series from a lexus dealership. They told me I could get a Lexus Platinum Vehicle service plan on it.

Could that be right? Would Lexus give out protection plans on non-Lexus cars (BMWs)?

I don't know about "Lexus", but the dealer/franchise might have their own warranty and service plans

I've heard of some dealers doing this... like what Hoovey said, with their own service deal
