Surely more aggressive looking than the past generations of Corollas, yet not too angular. It will sell well as an international model.

I would love to see the interior. This car needs to be more modern in terms of amenities. The Corolla can no longer be too simple; it simply has to have common technology to please the masses. In other words, can it offer what the Elantra offers (HD radio, heated seats, backup camera, etc) for about $17k? I hope so...

Looks like a Euro/Asian market version per that License Plate style... American version could still be slightly different.

But definitely a sharper look overall. I like the design direction for sure!

for 17k you might be able to get base manual without destination, like in Elantra...

its european version of Corolla so it has parking sensors and self parking function - as you can see, 6 sensors up front.

Toyota has been using some odd-looking aero-shapes in its vehicles. Notice the hard cut vertical line from the rear quarter panel to the rear bumper. It has a sharp edge. This is a defining feature on the Prius models as well. Even my GS shows some of this design in the rear. It doesn't look bad, per se, but it's certainly becoming a Toyota design trait (though it is used on other vehicle such as the Sonata Hybrid).

Baby Camry, as predicted. That said, it seems to be the best looking Corolla to date.

You'll see that on most new cars today, it's all about aerodynamics. Smooth front and sharp lines on the rear corners to force air off the vehicle. So air doesn't wrap around and create a "pull" on the rear of the vehicle.
