On the MDX the driveshaft bolts are improperly tightened.

So Acura is not only ugly, behind on technologies and features, down on market, crappy tranny...........now they don't even know how to tighten bolts properly?

Never now.
They were close to offering a full size V8 RWD sedan and a V10 NSX back in 2008 or so at the peak of automotive craziness............then they chicken out and scrapped all the plans and extensive R&D they did on them.
Now everyone is down sizing cylinder counts and going electric hybrid and turbo, Honda might just never produce a production engine with more then 6 cylinders in the future.

Yup. If you look at the Recall thread no one is immune. Acting quickly is the best way to go these days.

For comparison's sake the RL in its first year sold 17k against a 20k sales goal….so the RLX is not even selling close to the old RL first year to first year..
In contrast, the Acura Legend used to damn near outsell entire luxury brands when it was a desirable car, I believe over 50k in its best years….

They BUILT 7k, they only sold 4,400 or so….not even sure why they bothered…the GS sold 23,300 or so here and over 50,000 worldwide its first year…..

Not many folks want to pay $60k for a leather wrapped Accord.
