This type of behavior would (or at least should) count as attempted 1st degree murder in the U.S.

He stayed off of the sidewalk &didn't wreck himself or anyone else, so it's all good in my book. Driving is just high speed mobile chess anway.

3 things I'd say about that video:
1. His skill is certainly impressive
2. He is the biggest jerk in driving i have ever seen
3. Front passenger must be sweating bullets
