Default Anyone know how to force an AC compressor to kick in

I assume I can just unplug the electrical connection on the compressor and feed 12v to it?

I was looking at the connection and there are 2 wires, 1 pink and 1 green/yellow..first time I've ever seen that. Which is for positive?

Am I supposed to hook it up + and - or do I just hook positive only?

( Trying to get a clutch to kick in on an LS430 )
