Ambient lighting is main reason Audi interiors look soo good... I am glad Lexus has it now.

Why complain about the ambient lighting...if you don't like it...turn it off.

I can't imagine the ambient lighting affecting anybody's ability to sleep.

That is simply in a class of its own. Mercedes did an amazing job but for 100k, they better do an amazing job. The dash and door panel gap is like not even there!

Let's not forget that this is also a heavily edited, PS'ed photo for press purposes. Plenty of cars seem to have nonexistent panel gaps, perfectly glossed wood, seamless stitching, etc. in such photos and the reality in person is quite different.

For instance, Lexus tends to very badly over-process their photos IMO, and their interiors actually look much better in person.

For $130K,I'm sure the interior fit is just like in the pics.

Mercedes usually looks better in person and the pictures look amazing already.

Lexus are known for their shady marketing and deciving advertising but that's only lexus.

Mercedes shows you the real thing but the catch is they only show you their top of the line 10k Designo option like the ones in the picture. Once you get into the dealership the only thing you find there is usually all black or gray.
