When I joined CL back in 2009, I was still leasing a troublesome 06 SRX and owned a 91 Allante. I had bought or leased 9 GM vehicles (7 new) since returning to my dad's roots (31 years at a GM division) in the early '90s. Each of the new GM vehicles had more warranty issues than the combined total of warranty issues in new Ford, Lincoln, Honda, Toyota, & Lexus vehicles I've had over the past 20 years. I'd say I'm done with GM.

This is just the base model engine? If so, then wow.
With that said, I can't imagine what power and torque the upcoming CTS-V would have. Either way, it's gonna have a whole lot more than what the current model has (especially with the competition getting more intense in the powertrain figures department)

They will have Turbo 4, NA V6, TT V6, SC V8 (V). Similar to the 5 Series Turbo 4, Turbo 6, Turbo V8, Turbo V8 (tuned for more power M). Lexus GS will have NA V6 and Hybrid V6
