Why no RX or CT Plug-in hybrid ?

because their Prius PHEV doesnt sell well... right now, tech is simply not there, if they start doing some better batteries, i am sure we will see plugins... Although, cars like RX450h are too heavy to be plugins... much better something like Prius or Camry or ES300h.

The short answer is cost. In order to produce something like that, they have to sell in large numbers. Lexus only sells about 2000 hybrids a month, not nearly enough to make a profit.
Toyota/Lexus does not create products for the sake of creating them; there has to be some sort of monetary benefit
