Even the brand/marketing perception survey that we complained about had a important<>not important checkbox scale at the end. That's why I brought it up.

I have already been seeing changes

A recent one had some debrief questions at the end

After the most recent survey there were follow up emails, one apologizing for the survey being too long and another pointing to summary information from a survey (no one wanted a pricey iPad holder for rear seat passengers)
