I don't know for sure, but I would think Lexus does all their engine work in house. Why do you ask?

Lexus does not make anything. Lexus is just Toyota's luxury brand and Lexus engines are Toyota engines. Toyota may design and assemble its own engines, and Toyota may even cast its engine blocks but there are some small machined parts that may be produced and sold to Toyota by outside suppliers. Those parts may be crankshafts, overhead cams, connecting rods, etc.
I do not know who the suppliers are. Depending on the country where the engine is made, the suppliers may be smaller machine shops, larger international auto parts companies or auto parts companies within the Toyota Group of companies. Seeing that all Lexus vehicles (with the exception of the North American RX 350) are made in Japan, the engine parts are likely produced by companies that are at least partially owned by Toyota (in other words, a Toyota Group company).

Parts suppliers are usually kept hush hush, it helps keep competition and the price bars in check

I would think an Aisin division or in house. The Japanese tend to keep their suppliers under their corporate umbrella. But lately the Japanese have been buying from US and German OEMs like Dana and Mahle.
