Yeah the current "euro" has been out since 2008. There was talk about this TLX being the sucessor of the current euro. But unfortunately the TLX is not available in RHD

I kinda doubt it but we'll see. It will all come down to the gearing on these babies. Certainly with 8-speed DCT and a 9-speed auto they'll be able to put in as short of a 1st gear as they need to help get these things off the line hard, and overcome NA 4-banger low-end torque deficit. The extra power over say the Honda Accord variant is 90% useless because most all of that power comes at 6000+ RPM where you'll almost never be driving at. It will all come down to torque band and gearing, and the weight of those massive wheels they have at the corners.
The BMW 320i probably has about the same power despite the 180hp rating, way more torque, and also has an 8-speed automatic (or 6MT) and does 0-60 in the mid/high-6 range. Huge torque advantage, and RWD traction. I dunno... It might do it in the sixes, but I wouldn't characterize it as being easy.

However Honda's auto boxes have never been that good, hopefully with these newer ones they have improved..

i will say again, unless they price this very VERY competitive it'll get stuck between rock and hard place. people not into brand will just get an Accord V6 sedan, people want brand recognition will easily jump to an IS, 3 series or the new C class if they price the V6 SH-AWD model near $45k.
