already told my rep at the body shop I'm going for a 2 hour test drive to make sure it's 100% right before I accept the car (a little exaggerated but I wanted them to know I'm gonna be **** about it).
Can anyone give me tips on the diminished value process???

finally picked up the car yesterday AM....and yes I was there 2 hours having them fix shti (coolant not at min level, smudges on seats, clear coat too heavy-almost drip, scratches on rear lip, etc).
while waiting, I walked over and drove a Q50S Hybrid....love that car...I reset the MPG and was getting 65mpg cruising on some back rooads......wife insists on a 2 door tho.
anyway...here's the A5....looks good...drives good....(rear wheels really need spacers IMO)

I checked KBB today on the present residual-value of your car. I wasn't sure if yours has the 2.0T or the 3.2 V6, but, for a 2010 V6 with 20K original miles in mint condition (and typical equipment/options), the KBB value ranges from 29K trade-in to just over 31K Private-Party sale. So, obviously, for it to have been totaled, it would have had to have a LOT of damage.
