Up until recently I did not like the refreshed E-Class on account of losing the quad headlights. Fast forward and I saw a silver E-Class at night with it's LED arrangement and it hit me they organized them like quad headlights. I immeditately had a change of heart 
In regards to this, both are tremendous vehicles and i'd be happy with either
