You make all sorts of accounts how you brake checked a cop and never got a ticket, but the fact remains it is illegal to do what the dumbass biker did, period.

Going forward, do you think any law or other action could help prevent or alleviate these types of situations?
I believe it was a NY senator that mentioned on the news, that a law limiting the amount of motorcycle riders in a group will help. Your thoughts on the subject?

I have seen F1 cars drive around on 3 wheels. I don't mean one flat tire, I mean one wheel completely missing. I am pretty sure the RR would be able to put power down to the wheels with traction.
Also saw somewhere it was said all RR come with Run Flat tires, I have no idea if that's true if these were run flat tires but that would figure that he could drive better if it were the case.

Shot from the 30th Floor of a high rise at 42nd Street and 10th Avenue in New York City.
This location is south of where the SUV ran over the bikers. Filmed minutes before the pack of bikers turned onto the West Side Highway where the incident took place. The audio doesn't do justice to how loud these guys where. Upon viewing the street from my deck the pack of motorcycles was cruising down the street the wrong way in traffic. They held up multiple traffic lights as they blew through them en mass. They were obviously taunting drivers and didn't have any regard for traffic laws.

Off duty under cover cop who witnessed the whole thing did not report the incident until Wednesday.

Ideally, I would like the police or the feds to put every one of those riders behind bars. Not some traffic court, but criminal court.
I would be fine with wire taps, NSA phone taps, phone data for location, reverse twitter taps or whatever batman-type methods that we have. these are domestic terrorists imo
