I don't understand why the cops didn't report to authorities or high ups until 3 days after the accident.
Everyone is anxious to see more of the videos regarding the accident. Before and during! Dam people sure are taking their time revealing it.
There are a few more videos on Liveleak site, showing the bikers mob mentality. The "cops" were probably part of the group and didn't come forward until they knew they were going to be identified on the videos.
You do not need to stop after an accident if it puts you or someone else in harms way.

Yea. I've seen all the videos the first day it was posted. I don't get how the police didn't break up such a reckless group despite getting so many calls.
I know not all mentality of bikers are like that it only takes a few (in this case a few hundred) to have them labeled as that by society (talking about the multiple traffic violations the entire group willingly violated).

What the bikers would do is some of them will go slow and hold up traffic to keep the cop cars from catching up to the group. It is a tactic used by the bikers to cause traffic jams on the narrow New York streets. They were chase out of the Time Squares area earlier.

Because NYC cops can only write tickets and act tough doing it. That's all they're good at.

The explosive development came as a fourth biker was arrested in Lien’s beating.

Craig Wright, 29, was nabbed at his Canarsie home on Monday. Wright was busted after cops allegedly saw him in witness video that has not yet been made public.

In the clip, Wright is seen throwing punches through the shattered driver’s-side window of the 33-year-old victim’s Range Rover, according to a law-enforcement source. He is also seen allegedly kicking Lien outside the SUV.

He was charged with gang-assault and assault Monday night.

The biker was tracked down after cops traced his license plate, sources said. The bike is actually registered to his uncle, who he borrowed it from, sources said.

Cops are searching for at least two more suspects.

That should hurt any civil case brought forth by the biker in the hospital.

Found an article...

“The unnamed cop, who smashed their back window with his fists, will be charged with at least felony criminal mischief, sources said.
He totally lied when he said he did nothing [to help Lien] because he didn’t want to blow his cover,’’ a law-enforcement source seethed."
