My SC400 has 255k
I have put in new air conditioning (twice) and at this point, replaced everything but the engine...and it drives like new.
Considering I paid only $7,000 for it, with 100K at the time, I feel like I still have a great deal. There is nothing new out there that appeals to me as much. I've replaced the leather on the seats (and after three years, the front driver's is worn and ripping again at just above rib cage level...not sure why?)..
I had it painted once. ...I average about 30K a year on it. And right now, it drives like new and gets about 25 mpg, which I can't complain about.

I'm approaching 325k on my 95 SC... electrical system seems to be giving me some issues but engine and transmission (stock 5 speed) still running strong. Electrical issues are my radio (stock) shuts off from time to time then turns back on when I brake or open the window or even turn on my headlights. Windows sometimes opens/closes REALLY slow after I shut off my car. Antenna will sometimes not open up all the way until I turn the engine over.

Smooth as silk
250K on my LS400 8 Replaced some electrolyic caps the gas gage and instrument cluster lights now work. I replaced the power steering pump AND the power steering rrack. I replaced the speakers in all four doors. I finished all that 5 months ago. I put synthetic Mobile 1 and the lexus tranny fluid in tranny. That was 7000 miles ago. EVERYTHING IS perfect! I paid 1200.00 dollars for this ride. All the above cost me 800.00. Now what!

116,000 miles. Bought it with 112,000. Since purchase have replaced PS pump, spark plugs, wires, Coolant Temp Sensor, power antenna mast, hood shocks, speakers, and reattached the crappy fake wood trim. Current issues are intermittent tach, lots of burnt out instrument panel lights, terrible mileage, and a cracked timing belt that is probably on it's last leg. Don't know how much longer the A/C will last either, since it occasionally doesn't blow very cold. Seems like the heated seats don't work, but that won't be an issue until winter. Also, the air suspension controls don't work.
It's a nice car, but would I have bought it knowing then the things I know now, probably not. Price of parts being the number one factor.

I just got mint 2003 GX470 loaded with all possible options (Nav, Levinson Audio, Towing package, rear entertainment, rear A/C, rear spoiler) with broken timing belt at 256K miles on the clock for $2,500.
Towed it home, changed heads, water pump, gaskets, idlers, belts, fluids, filters & plugs, all for under $900.
Running perfect, nice and smooth, now at 257,500 miles.
My 1999 Mercedes ML320 has 187K miles now, bought it 4 years ago at 130K on the clock with broken transmission for $5,125. Paid $400 for new tranny out of 98ML320 school display unit with 0 miles on it.
Also running and looking very nice for 12 years old car.
And I have 1999 Land Rover Discovery SD with 148K miles on it, all original.
