Is this M5 stock or "lowered"? I think it is bone stock, but some people think it is "lowered" with aftermarket components, maybe you can educate me.

Amazing how much MB has done to elevate the image of the E class. Not too long ago the E class image was just as boring and dreadful as Lexus ES, and vanilla E320/E350s were best suited for retired accountants. Nowadays the E class is stepping all over 5 series and GS toes. Can't wait to see what they do when its fully redesigned.

First time I've heard someone complain that a car being flat in cornering is a bad thing. This is why I hate car magazines sometimes.
What I can only guess the reviewer means is that the M5 doesn't communicate feedback well to the driver during cornering. But if that's the case, it's not the flat cornering that's the problem, but rather that the reviewer feels like the steering and suspension aren't giving the desired response. Saying that he'd rather have body roll or chassis flex is just mind-boggling.
