Oh wait...
Bashing the GS?
A wonderful car that doesn't sell well.
I was told by a Lexus dealer GM when the '13 GS debuted,Toyota's goal was for the GS to account for 10% of total Lexus sales.
Again, they're practically giving them away.Let's see a big number vs the 1590 last month.

I don't see it as bashing at all and agree that the GS is one of Lexus best efforts. Who knows, maybe it will take a few model years for consumers to warm up to it more. Time will tell.
I also don't see it as bashing of the GS. I think people are simply commenting on it when monthly sales are reported. I don't think it's really reflective of the car, which is wonderful (i Still am not crazy bout the spindle on it, though I'd own one is a New York minute). I think this goes to show that Lexus still has some work to do to get people away from the Germans in this particular segment. The E and 5 are the bread and butter of Mercedes and BMW. Lexus really has entered the ring with a great challenger but when you're up against the crowd favorite you're gonna have to knock em out to win, decision ain't gonna cut it.
