I agree on the Crown Victoria Aron9000. An iconic sedan for sure

No mention of the '93 Bronco. When OJ ran that thing down the highway, it not only pissed of millions of people watching the Knicks/Rockets game, but it inspired more people to get in to the SUV craze.

True, but what did they actually end up buying (at that time)? Explorers and Grand Cherokees (the two defining SUVs of the early-mid 90s).....not necessarily Broncos.

Yeah the 2 door SUV's went away. Nissan and Toyota had the 4-runner and Pathfinder in four doors only by 1990 or so. The K5 Blazer and Bronco were dead by about 1996-1997. I miss them though, by the late 90's if you were driving around in the 4 door replacements(IE a Tahoe) you looked like every other soccer mom out there.

Those old 2 door rigs just oozed single man machismo. Granted they weren't as practical as the 4 doors, but they had a hell of a lot more space than a Jeep Wrangler, which is kind of what the outdoorsy bros migrated to by default, since it was really the only thing left in a more purpose built off road machine other than a 4wd pickup truck.
