I was mostly referring to the idiots who go well over the speed limit driving like idiots when everybody is already going at least the speed limit. I do agree with people in regards to the slow drivers though.

^^ sorry but speed limit is not good enough in the fast lane. Fast lane should be reserved for people going 5-10mph over speed limit

yup use that 10+ in your favor to switch to the left lane, pass the guy driving on the speed limit in the right lane, and get back to the right lane.

Don't forget, though...that 10 MPH +/- leeway that many cops and speed-cameras generally give you is to take into account speedometer error or the temporary effect of downgrades. If your speedometer is already off to start with (as it can often read low with oversized wheels/tires), then, of course, you don't necessarily have the full 10MPH leeway on what it actually reads....and will still have to take it easy.
