I'm guessing this car is hand made just like the Aston Martin ?

What I love , as I watch my huge library of documentaries and historical footage is how all of the manufacturers were battling during the early 1900s for the love and respect of the world like gladiators in a ring. The entire world was obsessed with motor racing and the nationalism that existed so dominantly during the pre war periods just made the bttles on the track even more intense. The world stage was the track. Races like Targa Florio, Monaco, and even the early Nurburgring races were the rings in which these countries and manufacturers would battle. This is one of the main reason Mercedes, Auto Union ( Audi), and even Porsche made their rise. Ferdinand Porsche told hitler to write checks to Auto Union and Mercedes to build the fastest cars in the world. All of it was to glorify the ***** and Hitler's Germany and it worked. The destroyed the Italians and all other takers.
I will be honest and say that I have seen a Zonda R at an event and it made the Huayra look tame. Still my favorite Pagani, but I love the evolution that is the Huayra.

Yes racing and pedigree for that matter all spurred from nationalism that existed. The earliest races were dominated by French, British, and Italian drivers, teams, and cars. Bugatti, Bentley and Alfa Romeo were some of the most dominant marques at the time. Fast forward and Aston Martin, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Porsche, Ferrari, and Ford all found great success in these Grand Prix's throughout the years. Bugatti Type 35, Bentley Speed Six, Ford GT40, Aston Martin DB4 GT, Porsche 917 and Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa are just some of many iconic automobiles to grace the pages of automotive racing history.

Looks overdone imo. So much going on. Its a great car, but the thing doesnt look sleek like the older Pagani cars. I actually think the Koenigseggs look better.
