"The Best" car you have owned . . . .

My old 06 X5 4.8is
It was the best of both worlds, it was surprisingly quick, sounded nice, was very comfortable, towed my boat better than my dads F250. Lol I literally used that thing for everything, I drove up to Georgia with my bro to see family and in certain areas touched 160mph, went mudding and pulled my cousins Silverado out of a ditch with it.
Sold it 2 years ago with 54,000 miles on it I regret it.

As soon as I saw the title I immediately knew it had to be my s2000, over the NSX I owned & my C63. The chassis is so well balanced & the handling is razor sharp, its hard to find another car that fun for the price. My s2000 had all the suspension mods you can throw at it & going to a nice canyon road with the top down & 9000 RPM redline was just pure bliss . Also it has the best manual transmission I've ever driven, bar none.

So dependable I feel guilt when thinking of trading....
My current RX450h is surpassing the previous one in 'low cost of ownership, ride, economy, and tech features. My out of pocket expenses other than gas are 2nd set of tires and normal maintenance done at Toyota store. MPG is right at an overall average of 30mpg, nothing to complain about there.
My 2nd car is a 1st year model change 2014 Corvette Stingray that has just 5600 miles and some very minor issues with the HVAC controls (common in 1st year model runs for bugs to be fixed) but is an absolute joy to drive and I'm glad I have her. Late in life she's giving me Rock Star status . Only two seats and burns considerably more gas than the Lexus but the fun factor is over the top .

Not the best in every category, but for the overall combination of appearance, reliability, power, and fun, it would have to be my '06 IS 350. Only time will tell, but my IS-F is certainly on track to one day usurp that title.

MKII Toyota MR2 (non-turbo).
Over my others: 350Z, Cayman S, TT, Civic, Accord. I've been chasing cars trying to find that magic of the MR2 and it isn't available at any price or any marquee. Wish I never sold it.
