Honestly I have no idea what this guy was thinking at the time, his front fender was the same way cut squared and real high. This was out in Las Vegas today....

Man I hate people like that. Why hack up a perfectly good car. Just run a more reasonable 17" or 18" wheel tire combo that will fit in the fender, with maybe a 1 to 2" drop. Keeps you from hacking up a nice car, plus you can set up the suspension the right way using the right components.
Do your research, your car will ride lower, look cooler, and handle WAY better than stock.
