I like the styling of the LS, GS, NX, & RC. The Corolla, Avalon, & Camry are awful. The IS, ES, and the other SUVs are just OK in my opinion. And I don't consider have an opinion as bashing, but ok.

The car looks good but is the grill really necessary!
I’m currently driving the latest Camry while my car is being repair. I love the gas mileage but the current interior is horrendous.

One more question? What is the deal with puttting another layer on the front console?

IMO the Accord and Fusion are the top two cars in this segment.

I think Toyota did quite well with this refresh. I hope they can claim some more ground against competitors.

Almost every body panel has been re-molded. Huge change for a refresh.

That 3rd window looks like an afterthought. Criminally so.
The 2GS 3rd window was better integrated. This one starts above the the little window divider, so it looks bad.

People will have to put limo tint on it to hide that part.
Amazingly 87% is new with the exterior...just the roof is the same.

As on cue..yeah everyone is going to confuse the two.

What the heck!?!? What happened to a mid-life refresh or facelift?! This is a redesigned car! WOW! Toyota either completely shifted their mantra or the current Camry was so far behind and bland in styling (it was), they had to revamp everything. This is a total shock, but I love what I see! The front is very modern and aggressive and the rear is highly elegant in an older LS460/Mazda 929 kind of way. I'm just blown away how far Toyota went with a facelift and how no one is talking about why such drastic changes had to be done so prematurely. This had to cost the company big-time. Mid-life "facelifts" rarely go this far. We win though.

In my opinion the roofline is what needed the change everything else was just fine. New aggressive styling really shows how "traditional" roofline is.

I'm sure we will see facelifts like this in the future a lot more, I'm actually surprised it took them so long considering that we are living in fast lane today. Its' good for consumers and it's good for manufacturers. I am not even gonna doubt that one day when everything gets automatized we will see brand new car (or whatever they would call it) every year

For all the Billions of Dollars that Toyota makes u would think they can hire a design team that would not take the only unique styling element - Spindle Grill- of Every NEW Lexus and put it on the face of the Camry.

Does VW rip off Audi design? No
Does Mini rip off BMW design? No

Lexus USA must be really pissed right now.

As far as the redesign, while its a major improvement in looks over the current Camry, its still at the bottom of the segment in terms of looks.
Mazda6, Optima, Fusion, Accord all still look better in my eyes.

it looks like they tried hard not to make it look like spindle... it would be better looking if it was real spindle grille.

Totally agree, you nailed it!

I'm pleasantly surprised at the overall look and extent of the mid-cycle refresh. WOW, actually looks great and the XSE with those gorgeous wheels...

I agree the third window looks out of place, BUT an easy fix folks is to tint the windows to make it look integrated!

One negative as a Lexus owner, this new Camry-front-end is the beginning of the death of the spindle grill especially when we see 400,000 of them on the road. Where's the Lexus exclusivity?

that fake window was the only way to create a more coupe like profile without actually sacrificing rear head room...I can understand why they did it but they really shouldn't have. Everything else looks good. I like the "luxury" grill much better though
