Default JD Power Survey - Cadillac and Audi ahead of Lexus (customer service)

I have no qualms about the service I receive from Lexus, but then Sewell is one of the top dealerships in North America. With that said, here are the results...

Audi and Lexus are only 1 point apart so very minimal. I owned an Audi S5 prior to my GS and I can attest to the fact that they have really stepped up their service. Surprised about Cadillac, but I guess if they're charging almost as much as their competitors they need to step up as well.

Nice, basically a 3 way tie...great job to the 3 brands.

I also am super happy with Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and now JM Lexus. Both utterly superb!

Kudos to Infiniti & Lincoln as well, as they were the only other brands with above average service.

eh that's just customer service and 1 point. The reliability one where Lexus is 68 and second best score was MBZ with 104 speak volumes

Yes, JM Lexus is great. I used to live in South Florida and purchased a few cars from them.

No surprise Dodge/Ram at the bottom. Took my bosses 2500HD in for service and would like 3 hours of my life back

I wish that was the case here.

BMW has good customer service. But MB & Audi treat their customers like dirt

clarified thread title that this is about customer service, not the vehicles themselves.

When I worked at Lexus, in the Customer Service/Satisfaction dept, Audi poached one of our top guys as a CS director and I've kept in contact with him there.

Audi has poached a good bit of Lexus talent actually - not particularly hard to do, as I know that they pay quite handsomely and ToMoCo is pretty conservative.

True, but I strongly suspect that Land Rover's low rating is not necessarily because of the way customers themselves are treated, but simply having to take their vehicle in more than average for warranty repairs, which can be annoying.
