BTW I voted for Porsche because I can't stand gold....when I had my Boxster I replaced the emblem with a silver one....

He has a point. I don't think this logo is going to get many female votes....although a LOT of safety-conscious women DO drive Volvos. The brand is an icon with the schoolteacher/professor set.

but obviously it has too much wing, not enough horse head, so at first glance it just looks like a V shaped wing. would've been better if they give it an abstract diagonal lines below the wing, so it gives an illusion of eyes.

personally i like the logo. IMO, it's well executed logo. but i don't like hood ornament. it just too 'wannabe' for my taste.
