MotorWeek proves '90s were awesome w/ Supra, Stealth, RX-7, Corvette, 968, 300ZX

A+ to the 90s era of producing the best Japanese sports cars for their time. Also, let's not forget the pocket rockets that ruled the compact sports car arena such as: CRX/Del-Sol, MX-3, NX2000, Civic Si, Integra GS-R, Celica All-Trac, and of course the MR2

I owned a black-on-black 1990 Twin Turbo 300ZX 5-speed. I got 415,000 miles on the original turbos and engine before the car finally died. Most durable car I've owned.
Interior was in solid shape, except for the heavily worn seats. Exterior in excellent shape. T-tops never leaked even an ounce, and I took them off all the time. A guy from the local Z club I was in (who already owned two Z's, one a 280Z and one a 300ZX Turbo like mine), he bought my car with basically no engine....and did an engine swap, put new-used seats in her and kept on driving my baby.
I had an aftermarket system in that car that was literally ear-splitting, 750 super clean watts (I had no trunk with the two competition 12s and the custom made box taking up all the space, but I still traveled up and down the east coast in that car). I'm lucky I can hear today.
For me, those were the good ole' days.
