It's distorted looking because you're looking at a highly zoomed in picture at a different angle. They look similar to me but you're not looking at official pictures, remember that.

Think about how upset Subaru fans feel when the beautiful concept cars make it to dull production vehicles!

I think this definitely shares enough of the spirit of the concept car. Especially that odd center crease on the grille/fascia.

I also feel that Infiniti doesn't need to add the "INFINITI" text on the rears under the badge, would look a little cleaner without it.
Unfortunately their symbol nor design language is not widely recognizable just yet . Even Jaguar has to do that despite lead designer not wanting to.

yeah, front has too small grille, back has tiny butt syndrome but overall it looks great.

Looks pretty good for spy pics not in the best angles.
The new turbo v6 with 400hp sounds promising.

Hopefully the coupe launch will be better than the disaster of when the Q50 came out.
Also i hope this car has the sporty character of the original G35 coupe.

I think this thing will be a sales success. It looks great and should get people into the showrooms. Kind of the like the first G coupe. That car was HOT when it hit the market

Agreed. I much prefered my S5 Cabriolet with soft top to our G37 Vert with hard top. We won't be getting another one.

The problem with most new designs is we are being fed gourmet crap. I am not going to be a robot and go along with it like everyone else. Just because Lexus or Infiniti is slapped on the side is not reason enough. A sporty coupe should have some sexy lines, masculinity, and show cajones. A sloping, scrunched, cut off-butt with a narrow trunk is half-baked and misses the point.
I think you're missing the point entirely. This q60 is aligned with the q50 which makes perfect sense. To me it also has plenty 'sexy lines' and cajones.

car looks great to me with the exception of that little raised line on the front center of the hood. from the initial numbers it looks like it's going to walk all over the RC350

Not hard considering the RC350 is the slowest car in the segment due to its weight. It's way noticeably slower than its sedan sibling too. At least if you make a coupe, have it faster than its sedan counterpart (which is my grocery getter)

The 2GR-FSE will always be a gem of an engine, stout even to this day. That said I agree the RC needs a six cylinder powertrain with more torque to get this lady to hustle and compete better with this upcoming Q60

I agree that the 2GR is a great engine but it's barely acceptable in the IS350 but not really acceptable in the RC due to its weight. Not to mention one is a sports coupe and the other a sedan. RC200t will be a disaster

I think most people who buy RC200t instead of RC-F could care less about 0-60 time... RC200t will be fast enough for them, it is not a Corolla.

Of course, you can always look at it from the point that Camry is "faster" for $25k.

The RC200t is simply to lower the price of entry to those who want a Lexus RC, same with the GS200t. It also puts Lexus on par with competitive offerings. Those who want performance know to step up to the F or some future 6 cylinder powertrain.

Unless it was already announced, I'd wager a turbo 4 will find its way under the hood of the Q60 as an entry level
