I was wondering if anyone has any idea what is it like to work in the call center?
Also what do they see on their computer when we call them?

Do you still have Enform? Honestly I would call Destination Assist and ask. They'd probably love to talk about something different than the typical "Where would you like to go today" or "Sorry I didn't mean to press the SOS button, was looking for the sunglasses holder"
