It's a great idea. One needs to look no further than Audi and Mercede's raging success with their new entry sedans. This is the hole Lexus needs to fill. I'd skip the hybrid emphasis and make it sporty like the two German units. The recipe totally works when it's styled right and is fun to drive.

i dont know why is everyone thinking they will skip the hybrid - he specifically mentions hybrid plus turbo as well.

That picture just looks like an HS to me.
