Default Lexus corporate point of contact for complaints

What is a good email/phone #/person at Lexus corporate to forward complaints to with regards to local dealers?
The dealership in question - their mechanics scratched my mom's IS250 during an oil change. (This is the second time in 4 years) Then when the car was fixed - it turns out they send it out to another body shop, NOT their in house collision center, and upon return the car had body damage to another area...

Thanks!

Peggy Turner is listed as Lexus Vice President of Customer Service

Her listed phone and address, though, seems to be the same as that of all the Lexus VPs....so it is probably not a direct number to her.

Some companies (for example GM) actually have an official member on their brand's forum and responds in person to complaints, but not Toyota / Lexus. I am pretty sure Toyota / Lexus screens the forums but doesn't give a $*** about them. Going to a local newspaper or TV news outlet works, but only if the issue is serious enough for them to pick it up.
