New Bentley EXP-10 Speed 6 Sports Coupe Concept
Bentley confirmed earlier rumors today about bringing a new concept car at the Geneva Motor Show with the presentation of the EXP-10 Speed 6.
Revealed during the VW Group's preview night, Bentley said that the EXP 10 Speed 6 represents "a British performance two seater sportscar using modern automotive design, highly skilled handcrafting, the finest materials and advanced performance technology".
Bentley made it a point to note that the EXP-10 Speed 6 could end up entering production as a completely new model line positioned alongside the existing Continental GT series
"This is not just a new sports car concept – but the potential Bentley sports car – a bold vision for a brand with a bold future," said the British carmaker.
Bentley has not yet released any information on the car's underpinnings or possible engine options.

Bentley Previews Future Sports Car With Stunning New Concept
Bentley is giving a glimpse into its future design direction with a new new concept unveiled on the eve of the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
Called the EXP 10 Speed 6, the concept made its debut ahead of the show’s opening and according to the British automaker it is “showing the future direction of luxury and performance.” The concept takes a look at how Bentley envisions the future of a high-performance, two seater that draws from its history of motorsports.
No details have been released on the car’s powertrain but in a release Bentley does say it could use an advanced “performance hybrid” engine.
This hybrid theme is carried through into the interior with the interior elements made of a mixture of copper and steel fused together.
Bentley says this car could become a new sports car sitting along side the Continental, but the bigger focus for this project is the design direction that will influence future Bentley models. There’s a new interpretation of the company’s front grille and four-round headlights and the automaker calls the concept “a dynamic sculpture, creating harmony between sharp lines and flowing surfaces and using twisted surfaces to imply speed.”
“EXP 10 Speed 6 is one vision for Bentley’s future – a powerful, exquisite and individual concept,” said Wolfgang Dürheimer. “The showcar has the potential to be the new pinnacle luxury two-seat sports car. It offers thrilling, driver-oriented performance, complete with trademark modern Bentley luxury and effortlessness.”

Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 unveiled, could eventually go into production
Bentley has unveiled their new EXP 10 Speed 6 concept at the Geneva Motor Show.
Designed to preview a potential new model, the concept is being described as a "sector-defining two-seater sportscar" that combines the finest materials with advanced performance technology.
Bentley declined to release performance specifications but the car has a familiar design that echoes the Continental GT. Despite the similarities, the EXP 10 Speed 6 has a sportier appearance thanks to its smaller size and more dramatic rear end.
The sporty styling continues in the cabin as there's two leather-wrapped sport seats which are separated by a narrow center console with an aluminum, copper and cherry wood gear selector as well as an infotainment system with a 12-inch touchscreen display. Other notable highlights include straight-grain cherry wood trim and a rear luggage compartment that holds four specially-made pieces of luggage.

Wow, Bentley did a nice a job with this concept. It's stylish, elegant, seats look comfy, and I like the little details like the engraved Bentley in the textured headlamps, and the perforated exhaust tip to name a few. Hopefully the production version is close to this.

I love it. It's got that old school aggressive British muscle car design but with elegance. Kind of like Aston Martin coupes in the 70's and 80's. I need to start playing the lottery. Is this the replacement for the Continental GT coupe?

I am ashamed that no one has said that this is a direct ASTON MARTIN rip-off yet, both inside and out. With that being said......it is certainly a break from the norm for Bentley who should no longer convince a rich-but-self conscious market that antique, simplistic styling marries well with premium pricing...workmanship and performance notwithstanding.
with that being said, it does look great
