Mazda and Fiat jointly designed the new Miata (and a new Fiat version will be sold). Jaguar has nothing to do with them.......Jaguar has been owned by Tata Motors of India for a number of years now. At one time, Ford DID own both both Jaguar and at least part of Mazda, but that was some time ago.
