There is some information missing...

Do I have to buy a Land Rover trailer with a built-in rear camera and wiring (or horse trailer with interior camera)?

Or do I just buy a camera from Land Rover that I can mount on the trailer (any trailer?) myself?

Or will it work with any trailer and any camera?

Do trailers come with rear back-up cameras these days? I have never shopped for a trailer so I am curious what is currently available.

 

Didn't Samsung do something similar but for big trucks? They added a huge monitor on the back so cars behind can see in front of the truck at oncoming traffic. This to help with safer passing.

 

Pretty cool tech and good for Land Rover, they sure get their full share of haters who will point out reliability concerns.

I highly doubt anything other than the blind spot detection/screen will catch on. The whole app monitoring the horse won't likely catch.

^^^^ LOL, don't forget the bypass module that allows the camera to work while the car is moving.
