I usually don't like to get into driver stereotypes, but sometimes the shoe fits. It's no secret that a lot of Vodka flows freely in that country....among drivers as well as much of the rest of the population. So, perhaps it is not surprising when one see all these You-Tube (and other-sourced) videos of senseless/iresponsible driving, accidents, and driver-confrontations there.

Russians are hot tempered, with very short fuse. They are similar to Italians, you can easily **** them off. Has nothing to do with vodka.

Perhaps so......but the bottle certainly doesn't help. And many of the accidents I've seen captured there on videos aren't due to temper alone.

No black lists in Russia yet. In fact, Russians just recently switched to 1 number for all. Before they'd call 01 if there was fire, 02 for police and 03 if an ambulance was needed.
