It is his existing mental state that clouds his response.
Tell me how he's brave enough to do that to a 6'5" 230lb guy on the side walk or Ford F-650 on the back road. He would be scared ****less. He could have that bad mood because he thought it wouldn't put him in the harm way. Guess he's wrong.

You completely miss the point that just because you may be a logical thinker, doesn't mean that everyone else is.

Where's the "logic" of this driver, shooting at a car and killing a 4-year old, just because he got cut off on the interstate:

Some people are just illogical, stupid, or downright bad people.

You ate absolutely right. Everyone is guilty and should prove their innocence. Y'all need to move to the UK and enjoy their lifestyle.

I believe the suggestion is that you are Mr. Crum, based on your vigorous and lonely defense of him

This is getting crazy.

How are you all proving "intent" here?

1. Is it merely because YOU might have done the same to the biker?
2. You have been treated like that in the past by a car driver?

So let me get this straight:

If somebody from this group was tailgating my car, and I made an emergency stop, and you end up crashing into my cars rear end, it is my fault because I was intentionally brake checking you?

Never have, never would.

Tell me why you think this guy did not intend to swerve into the opposite lane in the exact moment that a biker was passing him?

So all accidents are intentional? Because they do happen when two vehicles happen to be in the same spot when they should not be.

Explain how this was accidental? Let's see, he comes out telling everyone he doesn't care. He doesn't help the people or check to see if the people he hit are ok. Yea sounds very accidental to me. LOL

People just accidentally take their steering wheel and violently turn it into the opposite lanes all the time

I agree. The very LEAST he should get is hit and run. Which by the way is many years in jail. He's a scumbag and the very fact he didn't stop and help the people out infers intent. Sorry but he's doomed when a jury sees this. Glad he's old...don't want people like him remaining long in this world
