Since this isn't model specific, I wanted to share my experience with the crew. Needless to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Basically Sam's Club offers a $30 Headlight polishing and UV re-coating service. Took them about 1.5 hours start to finish. I like the result, and a 5 year warranty is just frosting on the cake.
Here are my nighttime results, and I gotta say, I do see a slight improvement in terms of visibility on the road.
I saw the flyer at Sam's a couple of weeks ago when I was pricing tires for my MDX. From talking to the folks it sounded like it is the Wipe New Headlight Restore kit. My son bought the kit at Walmart a few months ago and used it on his 03 Infiniti G35 and it worked great. But for $30 I would let Sam's Club do it.
^That's the thing though. They use a UV coating at the end. Most of those kits don't include that part, nor a 5 year warranty against fading. Most of those kits or people who self polish (I did it myself before as well), last only maybe 1-2 months tops before fading again. If this goes for 5 years and stays clear, I'd say it's worth the $30. As well, if anytime during that timeframe it starts to yellow, I can bring it back in and the warranty starts over.
^I regret not taking a picture, it wasn't that bad, but when you looked at them from the side, you could see the yellowing start. As well even from the front, the top part had the beginning stages of fade.
I've done my son's 2004 350Z multiple times...the last time I shot one of them with clear coat w/ UV protection....so we'll see how it holds up....altho the car is garaged/covered when parked all the time now.

Do you have the UV lamp? I saw the guy giving my headlights a pass over with it for a little. He said leave it in the sun to complete the curing process.
A good inexpensive liquid Scratch Remover ( I generally recommend SCRATCH-OUT) will also do the job, at a fraction of the $30 price, but, admittedly, not quite that good, and without the UV coating and warranty. In this case, Sam's Club does look like they did a pretty nice job.
Is that a Member-Only price, or a general one available to the public?
The older glass headlight-lenses, of course, stayed clear and didn't fade or craze like that, but were heavier, less-aerodynamic because they weren't flush with the fenders, and were more potentially more hazardous in pedestrian-impacts.

Not to mention glass is pricier and also more prone to breakage and complete light failure.
