The next trick will be to give the car some storage space behind the seats as the LFA has squat.
I would appear that rear seats have been sacrificed (can't tell from the pics) as from what I know about the LFA platform, there is no room for a +2 set up. I like this because I am tired of beeching at Lexus for useless rear seats like the SC had and the IS C has.
Except for the lack of a true vert, this pits the car against the SL

Rarely has Lexus missed it when it comes to interiors, the first gen IS comes to mind for instance....

Not sure why some of you hate that its a hybrid. Lexus has proven they make the best hybrids around. Surely this is a new take on a sporty hybrid, maybe optional powertrain and not standard.

RoadandTrack blew it. Here's the concept:

Make it look like that and it would be an epic win.

A detuned LFA engine is better than a hybrid. If it is a hybrid maybe they're using the LFA chassis with a less expensive powertrain to make it sell-able at a lower price.

while true, it's pretty obvious lexus has slipped in recent years. even the top of the line ls460 interior dash, esp. the center stack, isn't that wonderful. the rx seems plasticky. the es with the center 'lollipop' design. having said that, the CT is a step in the right direction, and the 4GS, although completely different to anything else lexus has, looks pretty great.
and with the good CT/4GS interiors, i'm betting the new ES/LS/IS interiors will be excellent too.
not necessarily. if this concept is a touring coupe like SC or SL then a SMOOOOTH and quiet transmission/drivetrain is important. the lf-a, while blistering fast, is not that.
