It requires whole bumper respray to be proper, but since it's at the bottom of it, I would just touch it up first, and later fix it if there would be additional places to touch up. Or stick on a nice bumper sticker can do the trick.

The other reason I don't like repair on Lexus pearl white paint is, it is very difficult or impossible to match the paint on the rest of the car, older the paint, harder the match.

Also try a piece of white decorative tape that is durable enough to withstand weather...something that is reasonably close to the white paint color. It is so low, down on the fender, that almost nobody would notice it was tape unless they leaned way down and looked at it closely.

Welcome to CL, BTW.

Touch up paint. Lower part of the bumper will get scratches and scuffs sooner or later anyway. I would only opt for full respray if you keep the car long enough to where it gets pitted with chips. Then repaint the whole thing, but not worth it for just that little scrape at the bottom.

Yeah, will need similar primer color and many thin layers of base coat. Thought White is really not that bad as tri coated blue, yellow or red.

Anything with a metallic finish is not that easy to match properly. I bought Starfire Pearl touch-up paint for the IS and it sticks out pretty noticeably in the spots I used it. Flat colors are supposed to be a little easier though.
