Quick question, is the pay off price at the end of the lease negotiable? My payoff is a little under $32k for my 2015 through LFS. Has anyone tried and successfully got the price lowered?

I just started a lease on a 2013 GS 350 Luxury. I asked about, although not to hard. The answer I got back from the salesman is that the price comes from Lexus Financial directly and they are not allowed to change it. Don't know how true that is. Salesmen will say anything.

Lexus Financial's reputation is no negotiations, and there have been a couple threads regarding this here on CL. See, e.g., this thread from 2010: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...xus-lease.html

I don't know about Lexus but some manufacturers, ex BMW, would negotiate the lease residual price with a dealer, who then would re-sell the car to the customer for profit of usually $2-3 K. The dealer of course would deny that such a thing even exists

LFS will never negotiate a residual. Ever. Some manufacturers will but not Lexus.
