Jaguar F-Type SVR

Jaguar F-Type SVR
The F-Type R with its 550 horsepower actually already overkill, but Jaguar tosses it casually one step further. The F-Type SVR was inadvertently put prematurely on the Internet - has a capacity of no less than 575 hp and 700 Nm of torque.
Thus, the SVR is slightly more powerful than the R, which brings 550 hp and 680 Nm on the asphalt. The jump in performance, for that matter more. The F-Type R AWD comes in 4.1 seconds from standstill to 100 km / h and has a top speed of 300 km / h. The SVR scrape not less than 0.4 seconds from there (3.7 seconds), and is 22 km / h harder (322 km / h). The cabriolet calls it a day at 312 km / h.
The F-Type SVR comes standard with four-wheel drive and is recognizable outside of its modified aerodynamics. We see larger air intakes in the nose and a rather prominent wing at the stern, which at 113 km / h and up to 80 km / h again collapses (96 km / h and 64 km / h for the cabriolet). Furthermore, Jaguar car made to measure wider tires, which are for forged aluminum wheels (saves 10 kg in weight).
Optional ceramic brakes, which together 21 kg lighter than the standard friction material. A lightweight titanium exhaust system saves 12 kg and the F-Type would still need to sound wilder (if possible at all). The power unit of the SVR is coupled to an eight-speed automatic transmission, and would, in theory, should be able to pick up a consumption of 1 to 8.9.
The Jaguar F-Type SVR occurs in May in the Netherlands on the market. The number of copies that the importer will receive is limited, so who wants to get one, should probably be fast. What the superlative of the F-Type R will cost is not known yet. The rest of the F-Type range consists of the F-Type (340 hp), F-Type S (380 hp) and F-Type R (550 hp).
