Nice looking wagon. It looks long, I wonder if it's just the picture?

I would think it's longer than the XC90.
Longer and heavier and with the same 2.0L turbo and supercharged 4 cyl in the XC90.An engine that scares me with having after basic warranty.

Nice, but doesn't seem like a car I will see on the road where I live.

I read an article saying it should compete with the A6 Avant and 5 Series Sport Wagon which aren't sold in the U.S. Maybe it's geared for European markets where wagons are more common?

i am eager to see the interior because it will likely signal how the rest if the lineup will look like.... they have a lot of incentives for S60 around here but interior is way too old looking for me.

Not much of a surprise, it's the same as the 2016 S90:

that rear tunnel is huge... maybe plugin battery space? For top model it should have more leather around transmission but overall much more modern.

Wagons are still big in other markets. Also, in the land of SUV-coupes and weird hatchbacks like the 5GT is this even a question worth asking?

I think it looks fantastic and believe there is a market for this too. I think wagons in North America are a niche but growing market for those that want something a little different vs. a CUV.

I had a deposit on an e-wagon a few years ago; but decided at the last minute to go a different direction. I would have gone for an E-wagon this time around; but the new wagon won't be out until sometime in 2017...

This Volvo though, along with the XC90 are showing Volvo still has some life left!
