I would say they are a draw. But some don't care if the rear is IRS. I bet solid axle full size SUVs outsell IRS models.

This is a no brainer since the GM trio dominates full size SUV sales.

When I was discussing IRS in previous posts, it was in regards to space utilization and tow capacity- I mentioned that explicitly. And yes, there is definitely more to handling than what axle is out back.
