I have a 2014 GS 350 and I've been debating if I should tint the rear window 5% or 20%? The sides will be 35%. My previous car I did 20% on the rear but after 7 years, the rear window had to be re-done and I don't remember if I had them do 5% or 20%. So I'm asking for opinions. Thanks

It's up to you what you want to use. NJ appears to allow any tint percentage on the back windows and rear window. If you want to keep heat out, the darker tint will do a better job. I know with ceramic tints, 5% generally rejects at least 60% of solar energy. I'd recommend Formula One Pinnacle if you can find a dealer. They also last longer, don't fade, and normally come with a lifetime warranty if you plan on keeping the car for a long time. This obviously comes at a price, I paid about $360 to do my front, and back in 35% and rear in 15%.
