Legally, it's her driveway. She's just letting you use it as long as you're a benefit to her. The state will show you fast whose driveway it really was if it came to it & that RCF isn't safe either.
no actually it is my driveway, I owned the house before we were married.. my house, not community property.. her Camry, she owned before we married. as for the RC-F, she is not on title or on the loan, so it is safe, unless she wants to take over the loan and payment.
not that any of that matters, divorce is a dirty four letter word in our house, It will never happen.
