mike you're obviously a very well-intentioned person and i have nothing negative to say about you, but in the future if i ever say anything that sounds ridiculous (like can you commit manslaughter but not be guilty because you know jesus) please realize i'm just being a sarcastic wiseass little s*** and it shouldn't be taken seriously. of course the BMW driver is guilty.

No problem. I wasn't implying as such. And I wasn't necessarily replying to your personal comments as much as simply stating a general point. Besides, after more than 60,000 posts in a forum as large as this one, believe me.....I'm used to dealing with all kinds of personalities.

Now......back to this guy. Since I don't live very far across the Potomac River from the courthouse in Rockville, MD, I'm tempted to go to the sentencing hearing myself to see what will happen (though it will almost certainly be on the local news that night). Not sure if I actually will or not, though....the I-495 Beltway across the river is a gridlock mess more often than not, and I got tired of traffic gridlocks (and subway problems) back when I was working every day.

In most cases, to find Him, you don't have very far to look.

But I believe you were the one who wanted the subject brought back to cars, right?

You are right. Let me change my answer--I found him on a car magnet in my neighbor's driveway.

Well, he's going to have twelve years of responsibility, whether he accepts it or not.....unless he gets some parole for good behavior.
