Mercedes-Maybach Coupe

I still think the "King of Big" was the 1975 or 1976 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 at 253" long and 80" wide, followed in a close second by the mid 2000's Rolls Royce Phantom, which was 78" wide and 230" long, and a hell of a lot taller than that Cadillac, both at the hood height and roof height. For a modern 4 door sedan, nothing else has come close to the sheer size of the Phantom.
Honorable mention for stupidly big also goes to the 1958,59 and 1960 Lincoln, ugly car, but it was freaking massive, both in terms of dimension(229" long and 80.3" wide) but mainly in how it looked.
As far as big 2 doors, the Lincoln Mark IV, 1971 Riveria, and 1971 Eldorado are the cars that stand out to me for just being stupidly big and awesome.

Traditionally, though, true luxury meant big. How many compact-sized Rolls Royce/Bentley or Maybach products have you seen? They are big for a reason. Probably not many people, even auto pundits, would characterize a relatively small Cadillac ATS or BMW 1, 2, or 3-series as a true luxury car.

Those are luxury Sport cars. They use the term luxury because they are built by luxury makers.

On the luxurious part of it, I haven't seen the interior, so I can't directly comment on it. But my earlier comments were based on size. The original post of this thread said it was 6 meters long (19.6 feet).....which, to my way of thinking, is no bigger (and maybe marginally smaller) than the far less expensive (even accounting for inflation) luxury cars I grew up with in the 60s and early 70s. On that part of it, and that part only, I said I wasn't impressed....and still am not. But I'll have to save any further comments until I see the interior and its level of plushness....where, in general, Rolls-Royce is usually considered the industry standard.

It actually is a real car, search up the Maybach 57s coupe. Very rare and only a few were made, maybe around 10 in total? Cost of one is well above half a million. More elegant looking than the Exelero.
