I'm a warranty conscious guy. I had a 2006 then a 2010 BMW X5. Just bought a certified 2013 RX350.
very impressed and confident I made a good call with the RX. Everything's been great except for my inability to correctly utilize the voice recognition feature. I talk clearly but she doesn't understand me and always asks me to do something different then what I asked?
Im new to this feature and probably am doing something incorrectly. I was successful only twice in about 20 try's. Any help would be humbly appreciated.
Thanks👍

Your vehicle should be equipped with casual language voice recognition so it can interpret phrases. For example, you can say, "its too hot in here" and it can reduce the temperature of the air conditioning. What exactly are you trying to do?

Welcome to CL, Frankrice.
Your Certified 2013 RX, even if it beyond factory 4/50 Bumper-to-Bumper warranty, should have a pretty healthy additional warranty as a Certified vehicle. Have you had anyone in Service look at that voice-problem? Complex electronic panels like that are usually too difficult to attempt repairs on.....usually, if they aren't working properly, they are just pulled out and replaced. That means that would order the part, and it would probably take a couple of weeks to arrive.
And congratulations on your purchase.
