2019 Ford Bullitt Mustang

My point is that a lot of this newer detroit iron, V8/manual combos of the C6/C7 Corvette, newer Mustangs with the 5.0, 5th/6th gen Camaros, the newer Challengers, all of them have a pretty light clutch, easy to modulate, shift action is pretty easy(that old Camaro, you had to put your arm into it engage the next gear). Newer V8/manual shift cars from detroit are just as easy to drive as a Civic in stop/go traffic IMO, maybe even easier because its harder to stall a big torque V8.
Getting back to the new Bullitt Mustang, personally I don't like it, because the new Mustang really doesn't look anything like the old 1968 car. I love the styling on the new Mustang, but it isn't a retro throwback, thus I think this is a bit of pandering. I really did like the clean lines and period correct "Highland Green" paint of the 2008-2009 "Bullitt" Mustang, that body style worked well for the tribute and was pretty damn *****in', mainly because it deleted stuff, no excess scoops, no stupid stripes, no excessive badging. Really wish they had put the supercharged 5.4 under the hood, but alas you could only get the IMO weaksauce 4.6 V8, good for about 300hp vs the supercharged V8's 500hp.

2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt spied in Shadow Black with chrome trim
Until now, all we've seen is the wonderful Highland Green color that matches the original Steve McQueen original, but thanks to some spy shots we have our first look at the car's other color, Shadow Black.

nice.............
The Bullitt starts at $47,590, more than $12,000 over a base GT and $7,000 over a more loaded GT Premium. Options are few since it comes so well-equipped from the outset, but some of them will get the price tag a bit over $50,000. It’s not exactly cheap, but it is one of the cheapest ways I know to get 480 HP and zero to 60 under four seconds from the factory. In that way it’s a hell of a deal.

Bullitt is great package - too bad it’s only offered in 2 colors and the green stitching inside.
The manual now comes with auto rev matching which you can turn on/off.
Its funny that the American cars are the only ones still offering NA V8s and manuals.
Would love to put the 5.0 V8 in my BRZ, would be perfect car!
