I like the inspiration from the Stinger. And for a small FWD-based car, the proportions work well, at least in these photos.

I like it. At least they are trying to get an identity for themselves with the corporate grill that appears so far on this one, the Stinger, and the Sportage.
Hope the back end isn't anything like the Stinger!

It is nice looking car, but it is interesting that it is missing some features standard on Corolla and Civic. Like LED headlights and auto brake system. You have to pay extra for those in Kia, and they used to be value kings... especially strange since this model is made to compete in USA specifically.

Sharp looking car although as already pointed out, the cheap tacked on triangle lights at the bottom of the rear are just silly. There are other pics online and this car looks an awful lot like the current generation Jetta, so it's obvious the Audi influence at Kia is taking hold. The previous Forte wasn't that bad a car for styling either.

Agreed, it does say something when no one says anything. But I think there are two reasons for that. 1) The car is mildly styled, agreeable, and not controversial. So there will be less, "omg, this thing looks terrible" replies, which add up fast.
2) The Avalon, along with it's controversial styling, is a Toyota. And this being a Toyota-fan-biased site, is going to gain a lot more commenting.

Thanks for posting this.... I like the back end too - it is miles better looking than the Stinger back end.
I liked the original Forte very much, then they sorta lost their way, and I like this one again.
